Sanuki Udon Noodles
We use fresh noodles from a local noodle producer, boiled to order to serve them as fresh as possible. Our home-made dashi is made using iriko dried baby sardines from Ibuki Island, with the heads and innards carefully removed. Enjoy an authentic, self-serve Sanuki udon noodle experience – place the noodles in the strainer to warm them, then add the dashi broth. A variety of condiments are also available to garnish the udon to your preference.
Manabe-seipan Bakery
We serve a selection of bread from the local Manabe-seipan Bakery, with varieties changing seasonally. While Kagawa is best known for its udon noodles, there’s even more to discover when it comes to wheat-based delights.
Original sweets by our in-house pastry chef
Our in-house pastry chef's sweets are available in limited quantities. We recommend arriving early for the best chance of enjoying them. The selection of sweets is updated periodically.
Homemade Dishes
A wide selection of homemade dishes is also available. We also offer dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients. Our dashimaki omelet roll is made using Kagawa “Olive Eggs.”
Each one is carefully hand-rolled by our chefs. We are one of the few hotels in Takamatsu that serves freshly made dashimaki omelet rolls, never frozen.
